Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags intact
- Original packaging must be included with the return
Eligible Reasons for Return
- Wrong product delivered — different from what was ordered
- Product received in damaged or defective condition
- Major size difference from what was described
- Missing items from the order
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, washed or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
- Items returned due to minor color variation due to screen display differences
- Customised or stitched garments
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp
- Share your order details and clear photos of the issue
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
- If approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you through the return process
Refunds Since we operate on Cash on Delivery only, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI within 5 to 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected by our team.
